The Gov. of Arizona has killed the pending Arizona DUI law that would have decreased the ignition interlock device requirement for a first offense DUI from the current 1 year term to only 6 months.

Look for a new bill soon that eliminates that provision, and yet still increases the jail time for extreme DUI and the ignition interlock device time for felonies.
